Do you want to learn how to meditate and explore its benefits?
Join us for an introduction to zazen. This “crash course” will introduce you to Rinzai Zen practice. Participants will learn about Zen practice and meditation through instruction and discussion. At the end, there will be tea, a short talk, and time for questions.

Zazenkai

Zazenkai is a mini Zen retreat designed for students to experience a short but intensive period of Zen training. Training begins at 7:30 pm on Friday and ends at 8:00 am on Saturday. This 12-hour training is an excellent opportunity for students to deepen their meditation practice and experience intensive yet transformative Zen training.
